About Us

The Tetra Project is a pioneering charity dedicated to transforming the lives of young people who have experienced challenging childhoods. Our mission is to empower these individuals by providing opportunities to create community projects or businesses that reflect their passions and talents. By focusing on education, training, and meaningful work experiences, we aim to reduce the high NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) rates among care-experienced youth and foster a sense of purpose, pride, and confidence.

Central to our approach is listening to the voices of young people who are currently facing these challenges. We believe that by involving them directly in shaping our initiatives, we can create programs that truly resonate and have a lasting impact. Our activities include revitalizing unused spaces into vibrant hubs of learning and creativity, where young people can collaborate, innovate, and tackle social challenges that matter to them and their communities.

Through tailored support and mentorship, we guide our participants in realizing their potential and turning their ideas into tangible successes. We are deeply committed to promoting values of community, compassion, and innovation, ensuring that every step forward benefits both the individual and the wider community.

By 2027, The Tetra Project aims to deliver impactful programs across the UK, fostering stronger communities and offering vulnerable young people the chance to build brighter, more fulfilling futures.
